Average delivery times
Order processing currently takes 1–3 working days.
After dispatch, the average delivery time is 5–8 working days within the United Kingdom.

Free delivery
We offer free delivery on every order.

This allows you to follow your delivery at any time and know exactly when to expect your parcel.
Policy for delivered but not received orders
If you are not at home during delivery, the courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times, depending on the carrier. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour or a local collection point, where it must be collected in time.
Failure to accept or collect the parcel does not entitle you to a refund. The parcel must first be delivered and returned in accordance with our return policy in order to qualify for a refund.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but has not been received, we will reship the order once free of charge.
In the event of a second claim for a delivered but not received order, we do not offer further reshipments or refunds.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct £15 from your refund.

To ensure your order is processed correctly, it is important that your shipping details are complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may lead to delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct details. If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the costs are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer a refund.
