Not satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that and would love to help resolve the issue.
Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your return. You can then return your item within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Returning your order in 3 simple steps
Step 1: Contact customer service
Please contact our customer service team via the contact form or email us at info@pearl-bags.com, including your order number.
We will provide you with a return form to download and print.
Step 2: Send your order back
Return the items to the address provided on the return form.
Please include the completed return form in your parcel.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipment.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As stated in our terms, orders are shipped internationally and returns must be sent to our central warehouse.
Return costs typically range between £20–£40, depending on the size of the parcel.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return conditions
* Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
* Packaging must be undamaged and in original condition
* A completed return form must be included
* Items must show no signs of use
* Order number must be provided
Received a defective item?
Please contact us via email and include clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Please note: if a replacement item is sent due to a defect or sizing issue, the original item is no longer eligible for return.
Order cancellations
In some cases, it may be possible to cancel your order. However, due to our automated processing system, this cannot be guaranteed.
Orders are processed quickly after being placed, which limits cancellation options.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email after placing it.
