1. Definitions

* Working day: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

* Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel within 14 days

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:

* You must notify us by email within 14 days

* You then have an additional 14 days to return the item

Returned items must:

* Be unused

* Be in original condition and packaging


6. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of return.


7. Exceptions to Returns

Returns may not be accepted for:

* Personalised or custom-made items

* Hygiene-sensitive items if opened


8. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing do not bind us.


9. Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 working days.

Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.


10. Delivered but Not Received

If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received:

* We will offer one replacement free of charge

* Further claims may not be eligible for replacement or refund

If a parcel is:

* Refused

* Not collected

We reserve the right to deduct £15 from any refund.


11. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

* Lost parcels due to incorrect information

* Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses


12. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days.

We will offer:

* Replacement, or

* Refund where appropriate


13. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout.

If payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


14. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email.

We aim to respond within 14 days.


15. Liability

We are not liable for:

* Indirect or consequential damages

* Delays caused by third parties

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
